How may I respond to a review, for resolution?

It happens to the best of us. That one customer that leaves a negative review. Did you know that if you respond and resolve a customer's complaint within 48 hours of the review, you are not only making a customer happy but also able to keep the negative review from getting posted publicly.

You can easily do this by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to https://backend.referrizer.com
  2. Navigate to Reputation on the left hand menu
  3. Click Reviews button
  4. Locate the review you wish to respond to and reply
