Multi-Accounts: Sub-Accounts Requiring Approval to Send Campaigns

DISCLAIMER: This feature is only available for Corporate accounts and businesses with multiple locations. The Corporate (Primary) Account can only be set by Referrizer Support Team. To find out if this feature is viable for you, contact Referrizer Support ([email protected]).

Business owners that have more than one location with a Referrizer account now have the option to make any or all locations request approval for each and every campaign they wish to send.

Here's how it works:

STEP 1 - Create a Campaign

Sub-account creates a campaign (email or text). Upon launching the campaign, the sub-account is notified that their campaign has been sent to Corporate for approval.

STEP 2 - Pending Approval

The Corporate account receives an email regarding the approval request. The link in the email directs straight to the Pending Approval section of the Campaigns listing.

STEP 3 - Approve or Decline

The Corporate account can then review and either Approve or Decline the campaign

  1. Approve campaign - If the campaign is approved, the Sub-account will be notified by email and the campaign will be scheduled to launch.
  2. Decline campaign - If the campaign is declined, the Corporate account will be prompted to provide a reason which will then be sent to the Sub-account's email. The campaign will return to Draft status so that the Sub-account can make the required changes and submit the campaign again.
