Can I change the automated texts sent to customers based on visits (Loyalty Program texts)?

Every set amount of check-ins (also known as visits), an automatic text will be generated to your customers. We realize every business is unique in how they engage with their customers. So it was a no-brainer to make these automatic texts that promote your Referral or Loyalty program customizable. Check-ins are done by various means (integration with your CRM, manual, Check-In Kiosk, etc...) that will trigger these text notifications to your customers and keep them engaged. Quick note, there are variables included in these text messages that fill in with valuable information from the account such as "loyalty reward earned." Do not modify these. They will show inside brackets like this: [business_name]. You can find and modify the automated texts by following the instructions below.

First, go to the left sidebar and click Loyalty:  

Next, click Settings up in the top right:

Click Edit next to any outgoing text you wish to modify.

Step 3:

Modify the text in any way that will truly speak to your customers. But as noted before, keep items in brackets intact as they will make each text dynamic! And then be sure to click Save Changes at the bottom.
