What's a polite way to request a review when the customer is present?

Having as many reviews as you can is the best way to engage with your customers and improve their experience.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Inbox from your sidebar
  2. Select a contact on the left or click new to start a conversation with a contact 
  3. Click on the + symbol and go to 'Template'
  4. From the available list of templates you can choose the one related to reviews - 'Ask for a Review'
  5. Advise your customers to click on review link from received message
