If you choose this option, your current customers will still be able to call you on your business line.However, when new customers find you via Google search or from your website and call the Smart Line, you will be able to save the call data and engage them with automated texts.People will be able to call your Smart Line, and your Smart Line forwards to your business line, so all calls can be answered the same as before.The most important thing is to update your Smart Line:

  1. On your Google maps listing (Login to your 
  2. On your website (in contact us page or your location page)

2. Keep your business line but integrate Smart Line with 3-way forwarding

In order to keep your business line as the main number, you will need to have two lines with your existing phone system.Line #1(the main business line that is advertised to all your clients) will need to be forwarded to your Smart Line, which then forwards to your Line #2.This way, all your clients will still use your main business line to contact you, while all calls will be routed via Smart Line so we can save the call data and integrate the text-autoresponder.
