Below are the answers:
- Outbound SMS/MMS traffic will be blocked from your 10DLC number (until you finish TCR A2P 10DLC registration)
- Your existing 10DLC number will be available for calls and inbound SMS/MMS. Voice is not affected by TCR regulation.
