Getting started

To set up the integration, we require read-only access to your SunLync database. This access will allow us to view the necessary data and synchronize it with Referrizer. Rest assured, we will not make any changes to your SunLync database.

Once we have the required access, our team will review the data and implement the integration. We'll ensure that only the mandatory data needed for integration are being reviewed. To request this integration reach out to our support team.

Referrizer to SunLync

One-Way Sync

Currently, this integration supports one-way sync, except from email and text subscription status, meaning all other data flow only from SunLync to Referrizer. Referrizer will not push other data back to SunLync, ensuring that your SunLync data remains unchanged. This setup ensures that your SunLync information is accurately reflected in Referrizer without altering your SunLync system.

Potential for Future Sync from Referrizer to SunLync

If needed or requested, we have the potential to expand this integration to include two-way sync in the future. This would allow for data to be transferred from Referrizer to SunLync as well, providing more flexibility. We're continuously improving our integrations and will consider this enhancement based on user feedback and demand.

Custom Loyalty Program

Our custom loyalty program, designed for businesses using Referrizer, allows you to reward customers based on specific actions like social media sharing, posting reviews, referring friends, and purchasing select services. Points are automatically tracked and synced between Referrizer and Sunlync, with real-time updates for certain actions and hourly updates for others. Customers can redeem their points for exciting rewards such as free services, discounts, and store credits. Additionally, members can earn points for their ongoing membership, with special rewards for reaching milestones. This personalized program helps boost customer retention, drive more meaningful engagement, and create a unique experience for your business.

Your loyalty program can be applied only to members!

Our custom loyalty program rewards active members based on specific actions such as social media sharing, posting reviews, referring friends, and purchasing select services. Points are tracked and synced between Referrizer and Sunlync in real-time or on an hourly basis, depending on the action. To ensure points are only awarded to active or frozen members, we’ve added a setting specific to Sunlync integrations.

When this setting is enabled, only active or frozen memberships are eligible to earn and redeem points. If a member cancels their membership, their points are reset to zero. However, if their membership is frozen, points remain intact. If they rejoin, they will start fresh, without the ability to regain any prior points.

Customers can redeem their earned points for exciting rewards like free services, discounts, and store credits, offering a seamless, engaging experience that boosts customer retention and enhances loyalty.

This personalized, membership-based program ensures a focused, high-quality reward experience for your most committed customers.
