What can I do with Glofox integration?
- Segment customers based on data from Glofox, (e.g. visits)
- Engage customers in Referral program
- Engage customers in Loyalty program
- Get new online reviews and customer feedback
What data will be synchronized?
This integration includes an Initial sync as well as an Hourly sync.
Initial sync:
- All contacts from Glofox added to your Referrizer account
- If a contact has been marked with 'lead' status in Glofox, they will be segmented into the Lead category in your Referrizer account
- If a contact has not been marked with 'lead' status, and they have visits within the last 3 months, they will be segmented into the Current Customers category, otherwise, they will be segmented into the Past Customers category.
Hourly sync:
- Check-in sync - if a contact has made a booking and attended it, our system will recognize it as a check-in
- Member/Customer sync - if you have created a new customer in Glofox, Referrizer will recognize it as a Current Customer
How can I integrate Glofox with Referrizer?
1. Log into your Referrizer account
2. Click on your name at the top right corner of the screen
3. Open Apps & Integrations
4. Select Glofox
5. You need permission to use the Glofox API for Referrizer, so you will have to send an email request to [email protected]
The following details have to be included in the email:
- Branch ID
- Namespace
In addition to these details, which are available in your Glofox account, the content of the email should be: "Please activate my Branch ID for Referrizer."
6. After receiving a confirmation from the Glofox support team, you will be able to finish the process by entering your account details and pressing ACTIVATE INTEGRATION button at the bottom.

- Engage through texts - enables automated texts to trigger via customer check-ins
- Engage through emails - enables automated emails to trigger via customer check-ins
