It is important to know which of your customers are claiming which offers. Now you can organize your customers according to the specific offers they are claiming.
In other words, you can easily see which contacts claimed one of your offers by navigating to Contacts in the left-hand menu. This article will give you a quick overview of how to do it:
STEP 1 - Open Contacts Filter
First, click Contacts on the left side of your account.
Then click All Contacts.
Next, click Create New Filter.
STEP 2 - Claimed Offer Condition
First, give this filter a name. Next, in All Conditions, choose the Claimed Offer option equals to the title of the offer for which you want to find out the customers.
Add any other conditions if needed and click Save.
STEP 3 - How to see the list of customers
To see the list of customers in your new filter, under Contacts, click All Contacts and a dropdown list will appear. You can scroll through the list or type in the name of your filter.
