Having different filters on your Pipeline will allow you to sort, organize, and retrieve specific information from our CRM database, making it easier to manage customer relationships, track sales, and make data-driven decisions.
The key benefits of using different filters would be enhanced customer segmentation, which allows targeting marketing campaigns and personalized communication, leading to higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Sales teams can use filters to prioritize leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM.
To start using our newly added Pipeline filters just click on a marked icon from the screenshot. A pop-up with all available options will open for you.
There are three different types of filters:
- Tags
- Appointment Type
- Task
Each filter has its input field. You can select more than one filter and more than one option for each to apply simultaneously.
- Filtering contacts on the Pipeline by Tags - the list of all tags that you have created in your Referrizer account is available in the drop-down list. You can select multiple tags simultaneously. Use the search box to easily find specific tags. "Select All"/"Deselect All" buttons can help you manage more tags more efficiently.
- Filtering contacts on the Pipeline by Appointment Type - use the full list of your available appointments to manage contacts interested in a particular one or multiple ones. This way you can customize your approach and contribute to better customer relationships, potentially increase revenue, streamline workflow processes, and have a more competitive edge in the market.
- Filtering contacts on the Pipeline by Tasks - tasks are our super helpful tool to improve your direct communication with contacts. This filter helps manage tasks efficiently, especially when dealing with multiple tasks for one contact. You can organize tasks by priority, such as today's text tasks and emails first, and then have a look at upcoming tasks.
Call-to-action buttons on the Filters pop-up:
- Reset Filters - Deselects all selected filters, allowing you to choose new ones.
- Cancel - Cancel the action and close the pop without applying any changes.
- Apply - Confirms the application of all selected filters to the Pipeline, making it easier to manage and view contacts based on your criteria.
