How To Separate First Names And Last Names On The Contacts Screen

You now have the ability to create a list with separate columns for First Name and Last Name to help with sorting. To do so you will be creating a new view or filter in your contacts list.


First, on the left-hand side of your account click Contacts.


Next, click All Contacts.


A drop-down list will appear, at the bottom of it, click Create New Filter.


Next, name your view and then in the Field box above Add Condition search for First Name, and then click on it.



Next, click Add Condition and then search for Last Name and click on it.



Add any other items you would like to see and then click Create.


You will now have the ability to select this view and the first and last names of your customers will be separated into two columns.
