Difference between Current/Past Customers and Leads Contact Types

Referrizer has 3 default types, which contacts are divided into by default. For each contact, you can check which type they are, by clicking on a contact to open the Contact's Page, and finding the info property on the left side of the screen, labeled "Type".


Here is the difference between each:

• Leads - Contacts who have not visited the business yet (Potential customers)
      
• Current Customer - Contact recently visited the business within a 3 months time frame (this is a default time frame, see how to change ) 
      
• Past Customer - Contact has been a current customer, but has not visited the business for over 3 months (this is a default time frame, see how to change)
