Having as many reviews as you can is the best way to engage with your customers and improve their experience.
The easiest way to ask for review when customers is at your place is to send a text via Inbox.
Follow the steps below:- Open the Inbox from your sidebar
- Select a contact on the left or click new to start a conversation with a contact
- Click on the + symbol and go to 'Template'
- From the available list of templates you can choose the one related to reviews - 'Ask for a Review'
- Advise your customers to click on review link from received message
