Can I manually add or remove loyalty points?

Add Loyalty Points


****This is only for rewards you wish to give that are not automatically tracked by the system***


Select Contacts on the left side in your account.



Locate and select the customer by typing in their name, email, or phone number in the search field, then click on their name.


Scroll down through their profile and to the Manual Adjustments section and then click + to add loyalty points.


Add the number of points you wish to credit. You will be required to enter a Pin-code to verify that you have authorized the addition of points.


Make a note to indicate why the points were added. This is optional.


Click the Add button


How To Remove Loyalty Points


**This is only for an error in points. Otherwise please see

Redeeming a Loyalty Reward. As this will automatically deduct the points associated with that reward.


Here are a few simple steps showing you how to deduct points added by mistake.

Login to your Referrizer Account.


Follow the same steps as above to navigate to the customer's profile.


This time instead of clicking the + sign you will click the - sign in the manual adjustments block



Input the number of points that need to be deducted. You will be required to enter a pin code to verify that you have authorized the deduction of points.


Make a note to indicate why the points were deducted. This is optional.


 Click on the blue Deduct button
