Create a campaign that triggers every time someone texts a keyword that's assigned to that campaign.
Simply select the new keyword trigger, assign your desired keyword, and your clients will receive the text message every time they send that keyword to your Smart Line.
You're a couple of steps away from that, so let's show you how to do it!
Step 1 - Create an automated text campaign
Step 2 - Select "Client sends a keyword" as a trigger
Step 3 and 4 - Select your keyword and type out the message you wish to trigger
Don't forget to promote your Smartline as the number to send the keyword to!
e.g. You can create a poster that reads:
"Text 'COFFEE' to 305-XXX-XXXX to get your Free Coffee!"
Also, don't forget to check the Ideas! section and grab some awesome ideas to make your triggered campaign successful!
Step 5 - Launch your campaign!
Keep in mind!
1. The text message will trigger every time a customer sends the keyword to the Smartline, not just the first time. Every time it triggers, you will be using your available text credit (we recommend turning on our Auto-Refill feature!)
2. Once the campaign is launched, the keyword can't be changed.
