How do I assign rewards to people who referred my offers through the system? (Redeeming Offers)

Answer:

When a new customer comes in with a referral offer, the simple act of redeeming this offer will automatically give the reward to the person who referred. Plus the system will notify them of the reward they earned automatically!


To automatically assign rewards for referrals, you will have to redeem the offer that the referred customer claimed. There are 2 ways to complete this, either directly from their phone or from the system. Once a referral offer is redeemed, this will initiate the set reward to the person that referred them.
