How can my customers post reviews?

First, your customer opens the web-app link they received in a text after a visit or campaign sent to them. Then they click on "Post a review"

This is when points will be assigned if applicable.

Next, this screen will pop up for them to write the review. If 4 or 5 stars they will have the ability to choose whether to post the same review on Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

The customer will then be notified that the review has been successfully posted to Referrizer, and a button to open up their previous selection of Google, Facebook or Yelp will display as long as the review was above 3 stars.

When they click the button Google, Yelp, or Facebook will open, where they can simply paste their review.
If the review they posted was 3 stars or under, your customer will not be given the option to post it on outside sources, but you will still be notified about the feedback so that you can address it.
The review process takes just a few seconds to complete from the phone, depending on the length of the review.

Periodically, there is also a reputation email that will be sent to your repeat customers. This email can be directed to the public review site of your choosing to truly BOOST reviews, since there are no points or incentives for reviews in this manner. You can include this block in any email campaign as well.

We have now added a new way to ask customers for reviews, for a real boost! Now in any text message campaign or 1-on-1 Message, you can add a special Review Link to ask for your customers' thoughts!

This will act the same as the review block in email with 3 faces. It will also go straight to the online site of your choice through the reputation module, all other options will only come to you.
