How do I manage texts from the system on my phone (iPhone and Android)?

You can receive your customers' text message responses through our Inbox link:

These messages will come to the inbox although they show as regular texts on your customers side. 

All responses must be managed through our inbox for the business, which is very similar to other messengers that you are used to.

It is very easy to add the inbox to your phone by saving the link to your home screen. Plus all of this one on one messages are at no extra charge to you!

First, log into your Referrizer account in a browser window on your phone:

Then Navigate to Inbox, here is a quick link:

Save the page to your home screen like in the images below.

Images and video show the process for the old messenger, however, the process is the same for the new Inbox.
