If you find that Referrizer is not compatible with your business, simply submit a request at support@referrizer.com within 30 days of your signup and we will refund you 100% of your purchase, provided that you meet the following conditions:
1. You have attended 2 onboarding sessions with a dedicated account manager.
2. You have activated the following campaigns:
- Reputation Campaign (email and/or text)
- Win-Back Campaign (email and/or text)
- Referral Campaign (email and/or text)
3. You have installed the Website Widget with an active Offer or activated a Landing Page using the Referrizer Builder.
If you are not happy with the results of these campaigns, you can cancel and get a refund within 30 days of signing up.
