MarianaTek Integration

Incorporating the integration with MarianaTek will add even more power to your customer management. You will be able to expand your current customer base and increase your customer loyalty and retention.

To activate the integration follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to integrations@marianatek.com requesting authorization for Referrizer integration.
Mentioning your Business name and subdomain, e.g. from https://referrizer.sandbox.marianatek.com/ subdomain is referrizer.

After you get the confirmation, follow the next steps.

2. Click on the Integrations option from the drop-down menu next to your name in the top navigation bar

3. Find MarianaTek in the list of all available integrations and click START

4. Enter your MarianaTek Subdomain - e.g. from https://referrizer.sandbox.marianatek.com/ subdomain is referrizer

5. Switch toggles On if you want to engage integrated contacts through texts or emails

6. Click on ACTIVATE INTEGRATION

Congratulations! You've just fully integrated MarianaTek with Referrizer.

Which data will be synced?

This integration includes an Initial sync as well as an Hourly sync.All your current contacts from your MarianaTek account will be synced to your Referrizer account. While syncing users we will also check if a user has an active membership or not. We will use the flag Member/Not member for contact segmentation, email or text campaigns, etc...

Initial sync:

Data that will be transferred include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone
- Address
- Birthday

Hourly sync includes:

Hourly syncing of visits (check-ins) - if a contact has made a booking and attended it, our system will recognize it as a check-in. All class sessions that happened in the previous hour will be caught and users from this class reservation will be checked into Referrizer, if they are checked into MarianaTek as well.
Member/Customer sync - if you have created a new customer in MarianaTek, Referrizer will recognize it as a Current Customer
