How can I resubscribe my client from text or email who accidentally unsubscribed?

We have all had customers that inadvertently unsubscribed to messages whether from Text or Email. Then later they figure out what they may be missing out on and ask to be resubscribed. This will give a quick overview of how to resubscribe them into the system.

Please note that at times, resubscription only through Referrizer may not work in all cases. If your customer is unsubscribed from receiving communication from you through email on Mindbody this will transfer back to Referrizer at their next check-in/visit.

Also if they replied STOP to opt-out there may be one extra action necessary*.

How to resubscribe a customer (Detailed View):

Step 1:

First, click Contacts on the left side of your account.

Search for the customer that you would like to resubscribe. Click on the name of the customer. 

Step 2:

The customer's profile will open up. Next, select the 3 lines next to their name and a dropdown list will appear. Click Manage Subscription.

From this screen, if it shows "Subscribed" next to E-mail or Text, this means that the contact is subscribed, otherwise, it will indicate as unsubscribed. You can click on the dropdown option to either select "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed" and then hit on the "Save" button:

*If for any reason a customer is resubscribed to texting but still not receiving texts, the cellular carrier may continue to have a block. Please have them send a text message to your Tracking Number with the word: Yes
This will reauthorize texting to your client.
