Can I control the messaging frequency for my loyalty program?

Yes! Text messages are sent out based on your average customer visit pattern. A spa may prefer every visit, as customers do not have the luxury of coming as frequently. But if you are in the fitness world, your customers may be coming 5, 6, maybe even 7 times in a week. So, in this case, you may decide to change the frequency to possibly every third visit. That way you will not overwhelm your super active customers, but will still reach your not as active customers.

Change frequency from the Loyalty Edit Screen

Here's how to edit the frequency of automated texts from the Loyalty Screen. First, on the left-hand side click Loyalty.

Next click Settings.

Then click Configure when Text will be sent.

Choose how often you would like to send your texts.
