Speed of Text Campaigns

SMS (Text) carriers have limitations on how fast you can deliver messages using regular 10-digit numbers. Sending too many messages too quickly can affect your delivery rate. The limitation of sending messages using regular 10-digit numbers is up to 200 messages per hour (based on the carrier).

By default spread of texts is set to 100 text per hour.

You could choose to increase it and set to a higher number. You will get a warning if you go over 100 that sending texts faster can cause the campaign to be blocked by carriers. This can blacklist your texting number permanently.

The highest number you can set it to is 200 texts per hour and cannot increase over that limit.
