Introducing our Outbound Calling Feature - seamlessly integrated into your Inbox experience. You have the option to call any client as long as they have a registered phone number. If you click on their name in the inbox, the call button is located in the top-right corner of the conversation.
You can download the call report by clicking on the three dots next to the "+ New" button, and then Download Call Report, as shown below.
The report contains the following fields:

Caller ID used for this outbound calling feature is the same as your Smartline.
If the customer you tried to call misses your call, and is trying to call the caller ID number - it will be redirected to your business line.
