Acuity Integration

Custom integration is only available on Powerhouse plans. If you have any other plan, you won't be able to integrate with Referrizer.

How to integrate Acuity with Referrizer

  1. Select Integrations from the dropdown menu in the top right corner

2. Scroll down and click on Acuity Scheduling

 
 

3. Enter your User ID and API Key

User ID and API Key, can be found in your Acuity account under Integrations >> API >> view credentials

4. Click on Activate Integration

To avoid sending any automated campaigns that you may have created, it is best to keep the two toggles turned off for now.

Information regarding the integration

The initial sync will pull the following data:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Last Visit

The initial sync won't provide you with the full history of previous visits (just the most recent) or reward customers with loyalty points.

All contacts that are synced will be segmented into either Leads, Current Customers, or Past Customers

  • Current customers - contacts whose last visit was within the last 3 months
  • Leads - contacts that don't have a last visit date
  • Past customers - contacts whose last visit was more than 3 months ago

You will be able to track visits and award loyalty points automatically. Referrizer can recognize a visit/purchase if your label is set as a 'Checked-In' in Acuity integration. Whenever the label 'Checked-In' has been used, the visit would be registered.
