Activate Restore POW Integration
To activate the integration follow the steps below:
- Click on the Integrations option from the drop-down menu next to your name in the top navigation bar
2. Find Restore Hyper Wellness in the list of all available integrations and click START
3. Enter the Restore Site ID - this ID is visible once you're in your Restore account - the last digit numbers from your browser URL4. Enter the Restore API key - this key is available on your Restore Integration page
NOTE!
- Engage through texts - enables automated texts to trigger via customer check-ins
- Engage through emails - enables automated emails to trigger via customer check-ins
5. Confirm integration by pressingActivate Integration blue buttonCongratulations! You've just fully integrated Restore POW with Referrizer.NOTE!
- The progress bar for synching your data from Restore to Referrizer will be available on the Contacts page
Which data will be synchronized?
This integration includes an Initial sync as well as an Hourly sync.Initial Sync of the following data
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Address (Street)
- Address (City)
- Address (State)
- Address (Zip)
- Address (Country)
- Gender
- Birthday
- Segmentation (Last Visit)
- Last Check-In
- POW Member (Y/N)
Hourly Sync of the following data
- Service Name
- Visits which include Class Name, Appointment Name, and all data related to Purchase
NOTE!All Restore accounts which used to have Mindbody (MBO) integration in place will have all data transferred to Restore POW Integration. Once an action has been initiated by any customer from the MBO database, all data related to them will be accordingly transferred to your Referrizer account.
