This method allows the AI Assistant to quickly redirect customers to the booking page, making the process faster and more efficient.
In order to have this feature enabled follow this steps:
1. After you turn your AI Assistant ON by following the steps described in this article, you will have a booking page link element available.
2. Click on this element and pop-up for managing your link will open.
3. Add your booking page link: Your AI Assistant will use this link to help customers easily schedule a service with you.
4. After adding the link click on SAVE button, and your AI Assistant will be able to offer this link via Inbox engagement with your customers (screenshot of one example is below).
This approach enables a seamless customer experience, where the assistant handles the interaction and directs the customer to the appropriate booking page, all without requiring manual intervention from the client’s team.
