When users book appointments, they may occasionally need to reschedule them due to various reasons. To accommodate this flexibility, the AI Assistant is equipped with features that allow for seamless rescheduling based on business policies.
Here’s how you can set up and manage these settings through the AI Assistant Settings page:
1. Navigate to the AI Assistant Settings page to configure how the AI manages appointment rescheduling. Here, you can specify conditions and preferences that dictate how rescheduling is handled.
2. Inbox Booking Assistant Section: A new element is available within this element specifically for setting up rescheduling conditions. This section ensures that rescheduling aligns with your business policies and client needs.
3. Enabling Appointment Rescheduling
Toggle Switch: Enabled by default, this setting allows the AI Assistant to change the date or time of an existing appointment upon customer's request. This feature helps manage scheduling conflicts efficiently. When disabled, the AI Assistant will not have the capability to reschedule any appointment.
