Subscription form and Contact form are in the Contact Section under Manage Contacts
To add the code on the Landing page you need to click on the Contact form or Subscription form, and copy the Code from the Contact form or Subscription Form.
Place the Code via Add Elements > Custom Code > Block Footer Custom Script and Save changes.
The Contact form or Subscription form will be in the Footer of the Landing page.
