It happens to the best of us. One customer may leave a negative review. Did you know that if you respond and resolve a customer's complaint within 48 hours of the review, you are not only making a customer happy, but also you are able to keep the negative review from getting posted publicly.

Log in to https://backend.referrizer.com
Click on reputation in the left menu

Click on manage Reviews in the dropdown menu

Locate the review you wish to respond to and reply
