What can I do with MarianaTek integration?

Integration between Referrizer and Mariana Tek will add even more power to your customer management. You will be able to expand your current customer base and increase your customer loyalty and retention.

How can I integrate Mariana Tek with Referrizer?

1. Request Authorization: Send an email to support@marianatek.com requesting authorization for Referrizer integration. Include your Business Name and Subdomain (e.g., if your URL is https://referrizer.marianatek.com/, the subdomain is referrizer).
2. Access Integrations: In Referrizer, go to Integrations (accessed from the drop-down menu next to your name in the top navigation bar).
3. Activate: Find Mariana Tek and click Start.
4. Configure: Enter your Mariana Tek Subdomain and Location ID.
   • Optional: Switch on “Engage through texts/emails” to automate reputation and loyalty messages.
5. Activate: Click the Activate Integration button.

How Memberships are Prioritized

To ensure the most accurate data, Referrizer follows a specific hierarchy when syncing membership information:

• 1. Active Membership: The system looks for status = active. If multiple active memberships exist, it returns the most recent one based on the start_date.
• 2. Fallback to Other Memberships: If no active membership exists, the system sorts all remaining memberships by start_date and returns the most recent one.
• 3. Pending Customer Activation: If no membership with a start_date is found, the system checks for status = pending customer activation and returns it as a final option.

What data will be synced?

This integration includes an Initial sync as well as an Hourly sync.

All your current contacts from your Mariana Tek account will be synced to your Referrizer account. While syncing users we will also check if a user has an active membership or not. We will use the flag Member/Not member for contact segmentation, email or text campaigns, etc.

Initial sync

Data that will be transferred include: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address Birthday

Hourly sync

• Visits (check-ins): if a contact has made a booking and attended it, our system will recognize it as a check-in. All class sessions that happened in the previous hour will be caught and users from this class reservation will be checked into Referrizer, if they are checked into Mariana Tek as well.

• Member/Customer sync: if you have created a new customer in Mariana Tek, Referrizer will recognize it as a Current Customer

Two-Way sync

This integration ensures seamless data flow between Mariana Tek and Referrizer. Key features include:

• Contact Sync: Contacts are synced from Mariana Tek to Referrizer. Additionally, new leads generated in Referrizer are automatically sent to Mariana Tek, keeping both platforms updated.

• Text Subscription Sync: Text subscription statuses are synchronized in both directions. Any changes made to text subscriptions in Mariana Tek are reflected in Referrizer, and vice versa, ensuring consistent communication preferences across both systems.

What data are beeing synced from ClubReady to Referrizer

Once connected, Referrizer will sync your customer data from ClubReady. Here’s what to expect:

Initial Sync:

• All customers: Referrizer will pull a list of your members or clients so you can easily manage communications.

Hourly Sync:

• New check-ins: This sync is conducted once per hour.
• New bookings: Our booking sync works in real-time, via webhooks. In addition to that we have hourly check-in as a ‘double confirmation’ in case a webhook doesn’t get through, so it picks it up.
• New leads: When a lead is created in the Referrizer and the source is not ClubReady, we send and create this lead in ClubReady.

Real-Time Updates with Webhooks:

ClubReady also supports webhooks, which provide real-time updates whenever something important happens in your account:

• New Users: Whenever a new member joins, the system automatically updates Referrizer.
• Booking Changes: If a class or appointment is booked, cancelled, or rescheduled, the changes are reflected instantly.

Segmentation Pro-Tips

Targeting by Membership Name and Status: When targeting a group of contacts who have purchased a specific membership (using the Membership Name condition), always add the condition Membership Status = Active. This ensures you exclude contacts with canceled or terminated memberships and only message your current members.
