About Mindbody

Mindbody is a cloud-based club management and appointment scheduling solution designed for the needs of small to midsize businesses. The product is primarily used by gyms, fitness and personal training centers, salons, spas and massage centers, wellness centers, dance schools and yoga studios.

What can I do with Mindbody integration?

• Segment customers based on data from Mindbody, (e.g. memberships, visits, purchases, bookings, appointments, etc.)
• Engage customers in Referral program
• Engage customers in Loyalty program and reward them based on specific purchases
• Get new online reviews and customer feedback

How can I integrate Mindbody with Referrizer?

You must have Mindbody Owner login to integrate with Referrizer.

1. Click on your business logo/name in the top right corner, select Integrations and then choose Mindbody.

2. Enter your Studio ID:

Your Site ID (also known as your Mindbody studio or client ID) is located on the footer after you’ve logged into your site.

Integration options

Engage through SMS – enables automated check-in text based on customer attendance.
Engage through Email – enables automated reputation emails based on customer attendance.

Sync Arrivals – enables self-check-in customers to be registered by the system.
Sync all visits during initial sync – enables the sync of all visit data rather than visit data from the start of integration.
Include Leads with no visits – enables the sync of all Leads in your Mindbody account, not just the ones with visits.
Sync Enrollments – syncs the check-in info for your workshops and events.
Sync Purchases – syncs all purchasing info with each purchase counting as a check-in.
Sync Contracts – syncs contracts into the contact profile.

3. On the next page click “Activate integration & Sync data” and you’ll be taken to your Mindbody account to log in. 

4. After logging in, activation code will be added automatically and you may return to Referrizer to finalize the process.
